Using Snap Schedule iPhone App
Use Snap Schedule iPhone app, to access your work schedule, or request time off, from anywhere.
Just tap “Schedule” to see all your shifts for the month. Look ahead to next month, go back to last month, or see one week at a time. Click on a shift, to see exactly when you should report, which Tasks you need to complete, and which Location to go to. Just tap, for a detailed map and directions.
You can also request some time off. Just choose the month, day, and year, to set the date. Enter a start date and an end date, to request several days in a row. Or, turn off “All Day,” and just request a few hours. Next, select the Reason for your request, like a paid vacation, a family emergency, or comp time. And add a comment, if you need to explain your request. When you’re done, just tap Submit.
If your company has activated Shift Bidding, you can choose a shift and ask for the assignment.
When you’re ready to get to work, you can Punch In to start your shift.
Or, browse the Employee Directory. Scroll through the list, and tap on an employee, to see their email address, phone numbers—and even their picture.
Update your typical Weekly Availability. On Mondays, for instance, are you usually Available, or Not Available? Or are you Available, but not All Day? You can enter a specific time when you can work. Or tap “Add Time Slot,” and enter several timeframes. Perhaps you can work, but not between 2 and 4pm. When you’re done, tap Submit.
You can even review your Time Card in realtime. See your Planned Work Hours for the week: your assigned shifts, start and end times, daily hours, and total hours for the week. Look ahead to next week, or back at last week. Or, tap Options, and see your Recorded Work Hours: the exact times you punched in and out each day, and how many hours you worked.
Finally, you can go to the Settings screen, to access Tech Support, share your Location so we can give you directions to your work site, and even change your password and update your contact information.
Thanks for watching.
