Using Employee Remote Access
With Employee Remote Access, you can connect to Snap Schedule Premium employee scheduling software from any web browser, to access your work schedule, update your availability, and more.
Just go to SnapSchedule.com, and log in.
You can click “Schedule” to see all your shifts for the month. Use the buttons at the top to look ahead to next month, or back at last month. Or click on a shift, to see exactly when you should report, which Location to go to, and any specific Tasks you’ve been assigned.
You can also request some time off. Just adjust the month, day, and year, and then Set the date. Enter a start date and an end date, to request several days in a row. Or, uncheck “All Day,” and just request a few hours. Next, select the Reason for your request, like a paid vacation, a family emergency, or comp time. If you like, you can even enter a comment to explain. When you’re done, just Submit your request.
If your company has activated Shift Bidding, you can compete for the choice assignments.
When you’re ready to start your shift, you can Punch In, from your desk or from the road.
Browse your Employee Directory. Just start typing a name to filter the list—and then, choose an employee to see their email address, phone number, picture, and more.
Review your usual Weekly Availability, and make any changes. On Tuesdays, for instance, are you usually Available, or Not Available? You can also choose “available” and uncheck “All Day,” and then enter the specific times when you can work. You can even click “More” and add additional timeframes. Perhaps you can work, but not between 2 and 4pm. When you’re done, click Submit.
You can even review your Time Card. See your Planned Work Hours for the week: your assigned shifts, start and end times, daily hours, and total hours for the week. Look ahead to next week, or back at last week. Or, choose your Recorded Work Hours, to see exactly when you punched in and out each day, and how many hours you’ve actually worked.
Finally, you can go to the Settings tab, to change your password, update your contact information, and get help. If you’re using a tablet, you can even switch from desktop layout, to mobile layout, and back.
