Snap Schedule 365 offers exceptional value with low operating costs. It is licensed on an annual subscription basis, with pricing determined by the following factors:
- Number of schedulers: Schedulers are individuals within your organization who use the software to create or modify employee schedules and perform management tasks such as assigning duties, authorizing shift swaps, and approving time-off requests. You can start with a base subscription for one scheduler and adjust your subscription to add or remove schedulers as needed.
- Number of employees with online access: To enable employees to view their schedules online and utilize self-service features, you can subscribe to the Employee Access Add-on. This allows your employees to access their schedules, request time off, punch in/out, shift trade, and more through the employee app.
